Born from the need to actualize the E Ola! learner outcomes and remove false dichotomies of culture and academic rigor, the ʻŌiwi Edge Innovation Process (ʻŌEIP) was created by Hālau Kupukupu, Kamehameha Schools Hawaiʻi with the intent to support KS Hawaiʻi educators in designing, delivering and assessing ‘Ōiwi Edge learning experiences that achieve E Ola!
In this course you will
-
explore how the ʻŌiwi Edge Innovation Process was developed, iterated, and applied to elevate ʻōiwi learning experiences.
-
engage in and with this Hawaiian learning process to define, deconstruct, apply and reconstruct meanings and applications of ʻŌiwi Edge terms and phrases that advance rigorous ʻōiwi scholarship.
